How do the PK curves work?
VialSync uses the Bateman pharmacokinetic equation (one-compartment model) with multi-dose superposition to estimate how your compound levels change over time. The curves are based on published half-life, absorption rate, and bioavailability data from peer-reviewed research. All calculations run entirely on your device. These are population-level estimates — your individual levels may differ. Only lab blood work can determine your actual serum concentrations.
How accurate are the estimated concentration levels?
The PK curves are mathematical approximations based on published population-level pharmacokinetic data. Individual response varies significantly based on genetics, body composition, metabolism, injection technique, and other factors. The estimates are useful for understanding general timing and overlap of compounds, but should not be used as a substitute for laboratory blood work or professional medical guidance.
Is my data private?
Yes. VialSync uses a local-first architecture. Your compound stacks, dose logs, vial inventory, and PK calculations are stored and processed entirely on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers. The only data that leaves your device is your authentication credentials (email/password) during login, which are handled by our secure authentication service. We do not use any advertising SDKs or third-party trackers. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
How does the reconstitution calculator work?
The reconstitution calculator helps you determine the concentration of your reconstituted peptide vials. Enter the total peptide content (in mg or mcg), the volume of bacteriostatic water added (in ml), and it will calculate the concentration per unit volume. You can then determine how many units to draw for a specific dose. Always double-check your calculations before administering any compound.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > select VialSync > Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the App by going to Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account credentials from our authentication servers and clear all local data on your device (compound stacks, dose logs, vial inventory, preferences). Please note that account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings.
What compounds are supported?
VialSync currently supports 18+ compounds across categories including peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, GHK-Cu, Semax, Selank, Epitalon, MOTS-c, KPV), GLP-1 agonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), TRT (Testosterone Cypionate, Testosterone Enanthate, HCG, Anastrozole, Enclomiphene), and more. Each compound includes published PK parameters with literature citations.
