Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and reinvest.top llc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the VialSync - Pharmacokinetic Stack Optimizer mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

IMPORTANT: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

VialSync is a pharmacokinetic visualization and dose-tracking tool. You must understand and agree to the following:

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider, endocrinologist, or pharmacist.
• The Company is not a licensed physician, pharmacist, or healthcare provider. No information provided by the App should be interpreted as professional medical or pharmacological advice.
• Pharmacokinetic curves and estimated serum concentration levels displayed in the App are mathematical estimates based on published population-level data. They do not reflect your individual pharmacokinetics, which vary based on genetics, body composition, metabolism, organ function, and other factors.
• The App does not recommend, prescribe, or endorse any compound, dosage, route of administration, or protocol. All compound selections and dosing decisions are made entirely by you.
• Compound interaction alerts are based on published pharmacological data and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not comprehensive and may not cover all possible interactions.
• You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any compound protocol, especially prescription medications such as testosterone, HCG, anastrozole, or enclomiphene.
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the App for emergency guidance.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you use any information provided by the App at your own risk and that the Company shall not be liable for any health-related outcomes arising from your use of the App.

VialSync uses the Bateman function (one-compartment pharmacokinetic model) with multi-dose superposition to estimate serum concentration curves. These estimates are based on published pharmacokinetic parameters including half-life, absorption rate, and bioavailability data from peer-reviewed literature.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• PK curve estimates are population-level approximations and do not account for individual variability in absorption, distribution, metabolism, or excretion.
• The one-compartment model is a simplification. Many compounds exhibit multi-compartment pharmacokinetics that this model does not capture.
• Published PK parameters may vary across studies. The values used in the App are sourced from peer-reviewed literature and are cited within the App, but they represent averages and may not apply to your situation.
• The App does not measure actual serum levels. Only laboratory blood work can determine your true compound levels.
• Reconstitution calculator results depend on the accuracy of user-provided inputs (vial content, bacteriostatic water volume). The Company is not responsible for calculation errors resulting from incorrect inputs.

VialSync offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans and a lifetime purchase option. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are managed entirely by Apple.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. The Company does not process refunds directly.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• The Company reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App or its services.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Misrepresent the App's pharmacokinetic estimates as clinical lab results or professional medical advice to others.
• Use the App to facilitate the illegal purchase, sale, or distribution of controlled substances.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App by navigating to Profile > Delete Account. Account deletion will:

• Permanently remove your account credentials and profile information from our authentication servers.
• Clear all locally stored data on your device (compound stacks, dose logs, vial inventory, preferences).

Account deletion does not:

• Cancel any active subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings before or after deleting your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by reinvest.top llc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

Pharmacokinetic parameters used in the App are derived from publicly available peer-reviewed research. Citations to source literature are provided within the App for reference purposes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Pharmacokinetic estimates will be accurate, complete, or reliable for any individual.
• Compound interaction alerts will be comprehensive or cover all possible interactions.
• The information provided will be suitable for any particular health condition or protocol.
• Any defects in the App will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, HEALTH, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any inaccurate pharmacokinetic estimates or concentration curves.
• Any health-related decisions made based on information provided by the App.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any compound interactions not detected or flagged by the App.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
